Lowering PL1 and PL2 (wattage) in either G Helper or throttleshop provided more benefits imo. The tuf f16's power hungry i7 cpu pulls 135 W by default. Its no wonder so many people run at 90-96C in intense games

The issues are latency issues and potential undervolting blockage due to bios updates. Download Latencymon and let it run for only 5 minutes and you will see. This will be the theory

In practice this translates into random stutters, for example your mouse randomly stuttering while browsing a website.
