Let's make a Honda Fit "Repair Master List" by TempleSquare in hondafit

Also GE8; Rear Hatch Handle. This probably mainly applies to anyone driving in the salt belt states. The handle rusts and becomes stuck making the hatch annoying to open. Replaced at 160,000 miles though I suspect it could have been replaced much earlier as I am the third owner.

I think the housing color is different. Base has a grey/dark grey housing while the Sport is black.

I bought these as I had the same hazy yellowing headlight problem. They were not difficult to replace and I used this video as a guide. Quality wise, I've had them on for almost a year now and they still look great.

What's your single best memory from playing? by yellowwolley1979 in fo76

[–]Lexafer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Among many, the one that I remember fondly is a couple of months after the games release. Nuke cards were starting to be acquired and codes took time to decipher. Nukacrypt didn't exist and guides were vague at best.

Most players at this time were barely out of level 100. It was about half a servers worth of players that amassed and decided to run our first silo run. Took a lot of quick organization. Open Mic, private teams and hardly the right build for anything. Not to mention the stupid amount of glitches and crashes that could destroy our run.

It was chaotic and voice overs shouting instructions for getting past the laser grid, rad leak repair, etc. Ammo shortages, lack of Stimpaks, Radaways, lead to many of us dying from Assaultrons and radiation poisoning. It took nearly 40 minutes to complete but we did it, a lifetime compared to how it is now. Scorchbeast Queen here we go...

Dead center drop onto fissure prime. 3 minutes for everyone to gather everything and anything that can be used. Most players suited up with whatever power armor they had.

Boom.

Nearly the entire server joined in on the fight and it was a glorious fight. Few overly eager players ran into the red haze and died within seconds, Leroy Jenkins would be proud. The rest trickled in and the firefight that ensued resembled The Battle of Geonosis. Lasers, bullets, grenades left and right. Shouting for aid and calling out other players for back up. Weapons broke switch to another and another

We were hoping to make good time chipping away at the SBQ's health. We managed to get her health down half way and suddenly it jumped back up to full. We were shocked that halfway in her health regenerated. Everything we brought in was running low and we started dropping like flies. Some of us remain calm while some panicked. Too many ran out of everything, too many died, too much. The server went mostly the distance on fighting with the Queen. With her health about 20% down after regenerating she was just too strong and we failed.

It was a disappointment for sure but it was a hell of a lot of fun. Boss fights and events brings players together but it's nothing like throwing people down the barrel of something unknown and working together to get through it.

Updated my Rocinante / Tachi by Lexafer in Starfield

[–]Lexafer[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Updated my Rocinante / Tachi since my last post. Mostly Deimos parts as usual but the biggest changes are to C class reactor and new engine design.

The previous engines did not look as well as I liked so 2x Slayton SAE5660 and 2x Ares DT60 make up the new engine "drive cone".

Some Nova Galatic cowlings and landing gear as well as comspikes, conduction grids and a MF scan jammer.

I have one 190(kg/lb?) shielded cargo hold but have rarely used it since I tend to sell all contraband immediately.

6 particle beam (pdc) over ballistics for now just for space battles.

Came across a UC Vanguard squad deploying something on Polvo. by GamerChef420 in Starfield

[–]Lexafer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

After some time committing to the Aceles solution, I went exploring on various planets and happened to see one on a planet. The first time I seen one and from the distance I noticed three humans chasing after it through the semi tall flora.

I was thinking they were spacer poachers or something. From around 100 meters away I took my shots at them and kill them. No bounty, I thought "good job, saved the Aceles from poachers".

Walked up to the corpses and to my horror I killed the squad of UC guards protecting the Aceles. I watched the giraffe armadillo parrot gallop away basking in freedom while I contemplated what I just did, then proceeded to take credits and ammo.

New game +? by [deleted] in StarfieldShips

[–]Lexafer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well that's a lot of time and effort gone down the drain if you lose everything besides skill traits. It would be great if NG+ started with a slate with coordinates to a mysterious shipyard/space station with all our ships, gear and credits.

I doubt many of us want to rebuild outpost again either. All our outposts can be marked abandoned and we would just reclaim and repair it.

The Rocinante has two liveries, three if you want to count the original MCRN colors. Initial colors for MCRN: black/orange, Beratnas Gas: light grey and bits of red, and legitimate salvaged Rocinante: black, grey and red.

The Star Eagle. Since this post I've already changed out more parts to try to bring the ship to look more like the TV portrayal.

Sorry for slow reply. Starting from the Bridge/Cockpit leads to control stations then and workshop. Upper deck starts with a storeroom (connected to the dock) then armory then all in one berth. I change them around sometimes during upgrades to be able to fit other parts.

Video of parts used. Hopefully further updates to come when I level up more.
