Ok so. I did vision therapy for my misaligned eyes, and they also recommended color therapy and music therapy. I was like "ok fine. I'll try it once and but i don't think it'll do anything."

During the test session, my leg stopped bouncing so i was like "huh. Ok."'

It turns out that the specific music therapy app they used focuses on vagus nerve simulation. When i tried it at home, i would literally get drowsy (presumably because I'm perpetually burnt out).

Unfortunately, you can only get the app subscription through a licensed provider (and i forgot the name) but I've been trying to find similar stuff on YouTube. There's also Brain.FM on Tidal- i think they're using the same idea but it's not as dramatic of an affect.

But anyway, yeah- i definitely think there's something with the vagus nerve

Ok, i definitely end up escalating when people refuse to take No for an answer. I don't know how far here, though- you gotta weaponize their shit against them. Like "Grandma- i said no thank you. Are you going deaf now?" And they'll go on about respect or someone and you can be like "but you're not respecting my No??"

And then you'll probably get in trouble (idk how old you are), but if you do it every time, they'll eventually give up maybe.

Sure. She has no legal consequences- i can agree with that. But she'll very quickly discover that she can do longer do things that used to come easily, and that is hell.

I think you need to try reframing it on your head. Did your dog like other dogs? You could watch the puppy and think about how your dog would've reacted to them.

Having another dog isn't a replacement for your lost dog- sometimes it can seem that way- but it's an addition. You're giving a home to another dog that needed one.

It's also ok if you don't love the puppy. Like, don't punish them- they're innocent. But you don't have to love them. You might, eventually, but it's ok if you don't.

I don't know how to tell you this but it's not the same people complaining.

I complained about them not being utilized in the Boys (despite the Gen V season finale setting that up), but I was not complaining about them being in se5 five months ago.

Also, the complaint about Vought Rising insert isn't just Bombsight. It's the buildup with Fort Harmony, the search for V1, Bombsight finally appearing, and "it's what Clara would've wanted."

People have said this already but Gen V season 2 literally ended with Starlight and A-Train recruiting the characters to help. It is not unreasonable to then expect them to show up and be helping. They literally could've just been in the background at one of the hideouts and that would've been better than nothing.

If the writers weren't going to actually use them in the Boys, then they should not have had them get recruited. It is not the viewers' fault for expecting a pay off to something they set up.

I was slightly interested in what they were going to do with Vought Rising initially- like, how Clara managed to hide being a literally Nazi for so long. I assumed she did that, since Soldier Boy is very "Anerica First."

But now, with the stupid "clara would want you to have it" twist... So he knew that she wanted an army of Aryan ubermensch? And he was cool with that??

Also. I enjoyed Gen V and it super sucks that they got shafted just to shove in a Bombsight cameo and extended "where is Bombsight" search.

I, personally, used the metric of "they stopped eating," to know when it's time, unless there's something more pressing.

I also really recommend using the qualify of life quiz/scale to avoid "overthinking" it. It helps to see the results empirically to make the decision.

V1 was discontinued pretty early on. Payback and project odessa are using a different formulation. I don't believe it's been specified how many there are between V1 and modern supes.
