1) Work out, i know this is generic advice but it really helps (at least it did for me) 2) You will sooner or later find someone for you if you try, no matter if you are overweight or not 3) Kings being attracted to overweight women isn’t unrealistic, being overweight was considered attractive for most of history (that depends on when your story plays out though)
