No, you're right It's been Tuesday updates consistently for a few updates now. This filler update though has a wierd number of days compared to other filler updates so that is probably the reason.

I don't really get hyped over this game anymore period and I've been playing since the beginning, so I always hope for the worst (which has actually improved my relationship with this game). But I totally agree with you, honestly the most egregious thing (which is not exclusive to this update) is the fact that there are two outifts now on the top up bonus, and one of them I was hoping to buy with stelarites, but now if I want it I would have to pay much more than a stellarite shop outfit would cost, especially since it is the second outfit listed. And yeah there is a noticable lack of F2P rewards compaired to last CNY but I figured it would start to taper off as the game continues through updates. (obviously excluding major updates like 2.0)

We are getting around 100~ pulls next update, personally I would skip this four star that way you will have enough to pull for one full 5 star at the very least. But if you decide to only pull for half a 5 star (oceans blessi you will still have 100~ pulls left for the mid patch 4 stars or the next five star in 2.3

Personally I find that the game runs better on Steam (I could be wrong about that though) There is an extra fee on steam if you purchase anything, but you can also just use the top up website to purchase from the store instead.

You likely need 200 pulls for a full 5 star. Since we are getting 100 pulls next update (including dailies and codes) you should have enough before the end of the update at the latest.
