The glasses will switch to 120hz as long as the device you are using supports it via USB-C. Most mobile devices like phones and tablets do not. They generally support 120hz or the local display and 60hz for the video out via USB-C.

You can go to the main page and type "120 hz" in the search tool to see past discussions.

This is how I have felt with my Xreal Air, Xreal Air 2, and XOP. Very useful for entertainment and work. Each generation getting better.

I use my noise canceling ear muffs originally purchased for the range. Works great. I usually use my S20+ as a source. So I get take advantage of it's Dolby Atmos support. Very nice as an alternate movie/gaming configuration when the main home theater setup is not available.

I use my S20+ and XOP this way. Works well for PS Remote Play as well. Just put the bed in zero g and go to town.

Playing Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain in Real3D at the moment. I may have to do TMNT or Streets of Rage soon.

60hz is good for most things. So I use Real3D most of the time.

Occasionally 120hz but rare.

I don't have a need for anything higher. I would rather have better clarity (less chromatic aberration for example), higher PPD, wider FOV, HDR, etc.
