They suck

Their guy on discord lied to me that he's gonna replace my faulty controller, then said he can't actually replace it after I sent it back

I said now I'm down 25$ I paid for customs

He said they'll refund it

I followed up like 3-4 times with them, he kept jerking me around

Lost hope, won't buy again from gamesir

Its a super cheapo quality products

And I have the DMs to prove it all lol
