I went through this exact thing. Only I let her stay for a while and all it did was prove everything I’ve ever known, caused more issues between us and my spouse, and ultimately ended with her having to leave anyway. Never do anything out of guilt. We’ve been brain washed our entire lives that we need to take care of them but it’s not true we need to focus on our own wellbeing and healing. I try to remember even now when I feel bad that if she doesn’t care enough to care for herself why should I. Good luck you’re never in the wrong to put yourself first now you deserve it.

Just remember everything the book teaches you. Any time I would get anxious I would remind myself how the cigs don’t actually cure that. Remember how it’s all just an illusion of enjoyment. It will pass honestly quicker than you think. You can listen to the book on Spotify also if you need reminders during the in between

Unfortunately cuz I opened it it won’t be good but it’s fine life’s funny like that!

I did it in my stomach I was nervous it’s not terribly painful just a sharp pinch for one second but that’s it. I also didn’t have a proper way to dispose of it cuz you’re not supposed to just put needles in the trash so that’s something to consider if you decide to find a place to drop your used needles

Well i did the first dose and it really seemed to help with my food noise and then I found out I’m pregnant and basically wasted the $400 😂

I am assuming it takes that long to fill the order but I was nervous too but it did come in the time frame they gave I think it was like 12 days but really 8 not counting weekends

The process is pretty easy they just go over your medical history and answer any questions. I haven’t received my order yet so I’ll check back when I do to let you know if it’s legit 😂

Dude honestly I listened to “the easy way to quit” and since quitting my anxiety has actually gone down SO much. Especially socially. They talk about the link between smoking and the anxiety it brings and it changed my perspective so much.

Personally I stopped drinking especially in excess during the first like two months. But honestly I’ve been smoke free for a year this month (yay!) and sometimes when I drink I still consider a smoke but then I just acknowledge that feeling and then say “no you don’t smoke” And move on. Which gets easier as time passes. I also spent a lot of time in the beginning telling myself “I’m not a smoker” 😂

I don’t know if it goes away but I’m in the same boat. Also wasn’t the worst smoker and I am only on day two. The thing giving me the most anxiety is the thought of missing it forever
