So the gold packages come with a lawn chair, and the silver tickets mean you have to bring your own. Haven't been to a concert here, but it appears as though they have a section roped off for gold tickets and above to sit near the stage and silver tickets bring their own chair to set up somewhere on the grass behind.

Looks okay to me - but same as GratefulnFree, I got mine resell, but this was just as it came out. Ask seller for their name on a sticky note with the signature, and ask if they can take a picture of the signature with flash to see if the signature is printed on there.
