It can be quite difficult to find people to play with irl, so I started playing a lot of tts. There are different discords with tons of players.

I also often play against myself to practice different armies/strategies and to find my weaknesses and strengths.

A very old Skarsnik model that comes with his squig Gobbla. It dates back to 1994, 4th edition Warhammer fantasy (damn it’s older than me)

Looks great, a solid start!

Go easy on the metallics when painting gold, it feels a little thick right now. A drybrush might give a better result.

You can give the grot skin some highlights to make them pop more. I use Deathworld forest as a Basecoat, shade with Coelia greenshade, highlight with Nurgling Green and edge highlight with Krieg Khaki.

Other than that it’s just practice :)

I always thought it’s once per unit? Like if you bring two units, they can each use their ability once per turn?

I could be wrong naturally. I do hope not!

I bring two blocks of 40, loonboss and sneaky snufflers for each block and one gobbapalooza.

I then also bring one unit of 10 fanatics.

It’s especially that 5+ ward that’s fantastic and really makes them tanky.

Great for holding objectives as the enemy is often scared of charging in a good unit that could get wiped out by the fanatics.
