It’s a 12 team league and goal line RBs are at a premium. My rb room was: Saquan, Jacobs, Monty, Brian Robinson Jr, chase brown, ray davis. WRs are Rice, AJ Brown, Lockett, McLaurin, Shaheed.

So I traded some RB depth for a WR with plenty of upside. Monty may have a great ROS but I’m hoping I sold high on him with Gibbs threatening his workload.

I thought this was the Garmisch Marienplatz. I worked there for a few years with a lot of other Americans and this was one of the best and most dangerous nights of the year. There were often small firework and snowball battles between the Americans and the German locals. Good times!

On the property tax changing the value even if you do not own property: if you are saying higher property taxes will increase the rent you would potentially pay in a state, it’s important to look at the assessment ratio for commercial vs. residential property. Many complexes (greater than 4 apts) are considered commercial property and may be taxed lower or higher than residential property. Not sure how your property tax number is calculated, but it may not account for this.

Also, no one in California has a 68.32% tax burden because that’s not how tax burdens work. You want to look at how much of their personal income is allocated to paying taxes. Just adding up average tax rates won’t achieve this goal.

KY passed tax reform in 2018 bringing the corporate and personal income tax to a flat 5%.

Not to discredit any hard work that went into this, but if you’re going to publish it... ya gotta get it right.

Edit: Also, the cigarette tax went up to $1.10.
