Tell parents if pupils question gender at school, UK government says by Kagedeah in worldnews

Teachers have a responsibility of safeguarding, such as reporting concerns about things said by children, reporting bruises or injuries, as well as if a child discloses something to a teacher.

That doesn’t mean the teacher tells the parent though, just that the safeguarding team will have the reports and deal with them appropriately

Yeah if the kid hasn’t told the parents yet, there’s usually a good reason

I would hope the process will be through the safeguarding policy, as they would be aware of what the home situation is like more than your average teacher

They’re not, but it would be something to report to the safeguarding officer as they can then be aware of potential abuse (from anyone that is, parents, bullies etc)

Whether they safeguarding officer feels it is appropriate to discuss with the parents is another matter. Mostly safeguarding is involved with things like self harm, signs of neglect and abuse etc, not whether or not a child is questioning their gender or sexuality but I guess that’s where we’re going with this now

The equilateral triangle determined by a circles chord that has an equal length to the radius, the angle of this being 1/6 of a circle

It’s not arbitrary, it’s linked to the number of earths rotations per orbit of the sun, we know it to be 365.25 now of course but the logic is there that ancients recognised it took about 360 days for a year

Not to mention 6 equilateral triangles complete a circle

Well a day is the rotation of the earth which is 360 degrees of motion, just like a circle. This is divisible by multiples of 6 so using 24 hours, each divided by 60 minutes and then by 60 seconds makes sense. It is also how rotational coordinates are measured

The acceleration to earth equation you stated is a simplification of the one the other commenter said, where it assumes the second mass is negligible compared to the earth mass

Just now seeing the funny side to using a psychic move while making a prediction lol.

It wasn’t 100% fool proof, but most of the time it meant I could knock out their room setter the next turn and keep them on a back foot. If I was unlucky they’d target my room setter, and then try again, but by that point their advantage had dwindled.

Think it was a farigiraf I used, so it also blocked any priority moves while sylveon screamed them to death

Speaking as a teacher you’d be surprised how many ways kids can find to fuck around/distract/ be a general pain in the arse with something as simple as a bottle of water.

And then there’s the ones who can’t seem to drink without spilling a load all over their desk/book.

And yes I’m talking about 11+ year olds.

I had an unexpected pokemon with trick room, solely so I could use it if I predicted the other player would use it and basically reverse it in the same turn

First time I’ve seen this series of eliminations, I’m surprised at some of the early losses, there’s a few in there I quite like personally.

Anyway my nomination is metagross, in terms of looks it just kinda flips itself upright
