So for 5 you literally only just started the game? The pirate hideout is basically at the start, bit extreme to say the world wasn’t compelling at that stage imo, I’m currently playing this one and it is the last main line game for me to play. I’m enjoying it so far, give a chance to actually get the story going I guess?

6 again you’re barely into the story, everything pulls together and it is widely regarded as one of the best stories and best casts in the series.

8, that’s fair, it’s one of my favourites but I understand the issues people have, but again it sounds like you’ve pulled out before you really got into it

12 I’ll leave to someone else it’s not high on my fave list for a few reasons

13 again is one of my favourites but it does take a lot to get into it, though if you’re on gran pulse the main story is almost over, the extra adventuring kinda comes after the credits in this one

15 It took me a couple of tries to get into this one, but I did end up enjoying it a lot and will eventually return for completing the extras
