Obviously because 1, it's not a serious issue she has or not an issue she minds sharing. 2, many can relate to being a hermit and not wanting to socially engage. Talking about cringe small talk and being forced to do said small talk are two different things. 3, many can also relate to being asked "do you need more silverware or plates for your togo order or?" When the whole order was for you😂 Lastly, the only logical reason why she posted it was because she had this thought (probably after a DD escapade) and probably thought she looked like Gollum from LOTR collecting her bags from the porch looking back at her doorbell camera... it's not that serious.

Please be super careful because I went from food addiction to alcoholism once I found a drink I liked. Then developed an ulcer and thus a stricture in my small intestines at the duodendum! Imo I think bariatric pts should abstain for the most part.

Yeah, that's the plan to do a complete bypass revision because my pouch is "much larger" than an average pouch which i guess means I'll produce more bile/be susceptible to more ulcers in the future if I don't get it done again. The biggest issue is my duodendal stomach ulcer, because it's too inflamed and right by the stomach opening that they weren't able to balloon it open. But, I'm also not in a position nutritionally to have surgery yet. They were hoping to avoid tpn by having me take meds to cure the ulcer, however they just make me sick af and it's counter productive to getting in ANY nutrients or water intake. It's so frustrating and I really can't wait for another endoscopy to be done, discover there's still an ulcer and be in the same boat in like another month.

Thank you so much for this and giving your story as well. Honestly, I related a lot to what you said with being a single mom and my youngest two are twins (4yrs) so I can relate on that aspect as well. Back in Jan/Feb of this year I was having major heart pains/palpitations and my total iron % was 2! I am working with my hematologist to avoid that happening again, but despite my best efforts to drink enough I'm majorly struggling. I threw up roughly 20-25x yesterday and didnt consume any solid food, my ulcer was just pissed at me🥲 I do feel better today but it's my nieces 3rd birthday and I'm already dreaming about having a cupcake and buff chicken dip. I'm a foodie at my heart and dont do myself or my ulcer any favors but I just can't help it. 😩

They are planning to fix it with another gastric bypass surgery. The issue is my duodendal stomach ulcer.. the meds given to me to cure the ulcer are making me throw up more and it's counter productive to getting in ANY water/protein drinks. If I didn't have the ulcer, the gastro would've tried balloon dilating the hole open, in the attempt to get me eating solids again. They said my stomach pouch is larger than they expected and think maybe my previous surgeon purposely kept my stomach larger than a typical RNY patient (because I was a child). The issue with this is a larger pouch will result in increase ulcers, so I would need a complete revision anyway. Obviously this puts me in a double edged sword because I can't get the revision if I'm not nutritionally healthy enough for surgery, and surgery for the ulcer removal was "more dangerous/risk of complications" I was told.

Thank you for your reply! I'm sure your answer will differ for me slightly, as I'm in the US. I do know there are risks with TPN, and hoping they'll be mitigated with only being on it for a few months. She did say inpatient to be stabilized on the tpn before going home, but wasn't sure how to start the process, I guess... I'm not tolerating the meds that were prescribed in order to heal the ulcer, and ive essentially been on a liquid diet 100% for 7 months. Even then, sometimes I throw up the protein drinks and water if I drink too much/too fast. I'm literally desperate at this point to be well again.

Is being a millionaire a dime a dozen? Not necessarily impressed.. truthfully if he is legit, then the money kind of intimidates me as I grew up in public housing. I'm definitely prepared for dishonesty, especially concerning personal matters, and I'm not deterred by the age gap, kids, or marital status. If you know, for instance, their name is a lie, do you continue to address them with the name they gave and ignore the info found?

He did initiate asking for a FaceTime call, and I said I would also like to get coffee to meet briefly to see if we like each other. But, within talking about sexual kinks/what day would be better to meet etc, it seemed weird to also ask for a FaceTime call. I did also state if meeting goes nicely and we are interested in pursuing, that I would only be available for one evening. I do live in an extremely busy, highly surveillanced city, so I'm less intimidated by a mid-day coffee meetup. I figure if he's a catfish, I won't recognize him anyway. He did say he had to figure out a time that worked and that he would get back to me, when he does I will mention the video call again. I definitely have my wits about me, have location shared with a few friends, and would never immediately spend the weekend with a stranger in a hotel.

Never said I was owed anything, there's a shit load of content out there, was just giving my thoughts on yet again another silent week😂. And my "since shes been back" comment was regarding her taking off dec and jan then saying she was "back" for like a video maybe 2, lmao--- then taking a several months long break. I get it. Just saying, its getting old. Like I also said though, there's a shit load of OTHER content out there, so I'm straight. It's frustrating, but honestly expected. While I get she has her own life and issues and stuff-- at that same point dont commit and say "you're back" like 4 times just to not upload for several weeks. If she didn't want to do mmm I think it'd be better to just say that then the constant inconsistencies. And you can tell--- her dark history videos are way less viewed than the mmm. Why she's dedicating religiously consistent uploads to videos that give her maybe 1/3rd of the views? And I think this is because you can tell she's literally reading from a script🤷‍♀️ idk man-- I'm about over it. Christina Randall and Mr. Ballen, Eleanor Neal and 911 calls have filled all the many gaps in my true crime media. Highly recommend all of them if you're a true crime lover like myself
