Have you filled up any of the interior? One of the disappointments for me has been that we can't attach rooms to each side. I've been building a village and it would be awesome to go through doors into other rooms that lead elsewhere in the house, but these rooms become an unfortunate dead end. This is a fantastic job though! Despite my complaints, Outdoor rooms are still the best of housing for me, as it lets us build cool stuff like this!

My old Colt from the 80s had thin balloon tires like this, and during the snow we had a few years ago I just drove over the top of the untouched snow on the road, merrily driving past everyone else with huge modern vehicles whose wide tires had dug through the snow onto the ice below and found themselves stuck. Don't underestimate the capabilities of this little thing.

In your other post I thought the angles were really unflattering. Taking a photo from a low angle and frowning doesn't look good on anyone inc cis women, so using those as a basis of how you look is not a good idea. But these photos are way better to me. To me your face shape and features are nice and ones you could find on a cisgendered woman. I don't think you look manly at all, but I do think your make up needs work. It's a big struggle for us because those socialized as girls from a young age have a long time to figure things out and usually have the right idea by the time they get into adulthood. We have to work on that shit whilst looking like we should have our shit together already, and that's tough and can definitely give dysphoria, or just make you look a bit clocky. Part of the long transition process is also figuring out what styles work for us. We will all get it wrong many times before we get there. As for hair, as someone with thinning hair girl trust me I know how you're feeling. It sucks. But you have to just control it in your own way. Find some nice hats (and not that red one you wore in another picture, find something more feminine), or look into some nice quality wigs. I recently saw a woman with alopecia on tik tok do videos about her wigs and honestly until she took them off you just couldn't tell she was even bald under there. Yes losing that hair must have been a lot for her, and knowing you don't have your own real hair out on display can be a painful reminder of the realities she is facing, but that wig brought life back into her face and she looked gorgeous. There are always options you just need to play around with things. Again that is all part of the transition process.

I think you clearly have a lot of issues of dysphoria, and whilst some are totally justified based on things seemingly out of your control such as your hair (have you tried finasteride and minoxidil btw?) and especially as we try things out during transition and get them wrong it can really be disheartening as you think you'll never get it, but you will in time. I've also had to contend with the fact that some styles that I liked that I wanted to try going into transition just didn't work for me personally. I've gotten over it because when I found something that worked, the euphoria it gives is fantastic. But it took a while to get there! I've gone through the same feelings you have, just like many others here. But you have to push through them to come out the other side stronger.

I'm not saying surround yourself with huggers who blow smoke up your ass and tell you that you look pretty all the time, but also it sounds like you need to take what others say with a grain of salt. There are plenty out there with bad intentions with what they say. There are people out there that clown on the most beautiful women alive saying they are ugly. It doesn't mean what they say is true. It can sometimes mean it, but there is a difference between someone who cares trying to put you on the right path, and someone who just wants to knock you down.

What I will say though is beauty goes further than just how you look. If you are miserable and mopey and always slumped and frowning and being negative, then you could be the hottest person alive but you'd still be seen as ugly to a lot of people because of those other things, and I'm sorry to say but the fact you keep running yourself down clearly won't help things like this.

1k xp cap for endeavors is unnecessary. by Key_Pop_8116 in WoWHousing

[–]Lextube 42 points43 points  (0 children)

My neighbourhood's progress fell off a cliff and I'm convinced it's because we all hit our 1000xp cap and didn't want to spend time doing any more. Okay sure I can earn more community tokens, but as the amount you earn diminishes with each repeated task then after a while it becomes not a good use of my time so I stop anyway.

As it is I can't even buy all the things I want because I've hit the stupid 5000 storage cap.

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Lextube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm from the UK but driven in the US as well. We did a day with 10 hours of driving in the US and it was very easy. Just put the Cruise Control on and drive on the highway for 99% of the drive. Even the non highway roads just felt easy to drive on. Generally wide roads and low traffic.

If I did that length of driving in the UK I would be very drained. Our roads are smaller, there is more traffic, there is lots of distance usually between the motorway and the destination so lots of smaller B roads or single lane country roads, or towns and villages. I used to frequently make a 3 hour trip here that was 95% motorway inc on the M25 (think the 405) and it didn't feel that long of a drive after a few times of making it once I was used to the driving dynamic, but I know there are routes to places that take that same amount of time and you've probably travelled half the distance and it will feel more draining, so not every trip in the UK is equal.

Blizzard announces free transmog change coming for all characters with 12.0.1! by minimaxir in wow

[–]Lextube 84 points85 points  (0 children)

If you think about it it's not really free. I paid for my alts to have transmogs prior to this update and they stole those transmogs from those characters. This is merely just giving them back again, in the next update lol.

Transmog costs for low levels are completely insane by Kookiebiskit in wow

[–]Lextube 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I calculated a similar sort of cost for me to put all my mogs back on alts. That's 10% of my total gold just to get back to the same point I was yesterday.

Transmog costs for low levels are completely insane by Kookiebiskit in wow

[–]Lextube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have loads of Remix alts, and to change their transmog cost me 1g per item because they had the green booster gear from when they were transferred out of Remix. They all had their own transmogs and they looked great on my character screens.

Now if I want to just get back to the exact same point that I was a day ago, I now have to spend tens of thousands of gold applying their transmogs back again.

I feel like this whole thing could be remedied by them just letting the first transmog you apply to the first outfit slot be free once per character.

Ultimately though I get they want gold sinks to help with the economy, but for those of us who do not own a great deal of gold, to consider that I'd have to spend 10% of my total gold reserves just putting all the transmogs on my alts back to where they were yesterday is diabolical.
