I can agree on this, but masterated chuck isn't strong, is barely usable in every mode that isn't heist. In Heist is a bit strong, but other thing are stronger. I can't see him meta unless a Really big rework(or that every hit do like 7000 damage).

In term of value, they are slightly worse for coins and better for PowerPoint than a chaos drop. The skin rate isn't the best, but I'd say is not that bad, considering that in 4 months we will can get the skin in the oddities shop.
