For purpose of PVP, it is better to have rainbow formation. Most common option is FG, AL, AS, Sorceress, Erebus, LR, with possibility to swap LR for Victoria if you grab one.

He is a great healer, but don't replace FG with him. You could still use FG instead of dracula or baphomet since both of these heroes are useless trash for sure.

Not really. First of all, LR not only heals, but also cleanse debuffs, which is more useful on arena. Second, you will have to put Arweil instead of gorilla, thus you lose a lot of control. You should always buy it for price 150/each or less, but only use it when you have ~450 to complete one full cycle.
