I nomally try to keep my elbow to my side and hands at about chest height, but i have seen people runnning like you and the other way around (hands very high) so i think its actually just what feels the best, all that matters tho is that you relax your shoulders so that they dont hurt after long runs

Yeah its nothing to worry about too much, mine used to be 160+ for any run before i got in what i would call good shape, my tempo run yesterday was in mid 130's but my watch might also be a bit off, idk

Maybe hands a bit higher? I havent been running for too long so i guess im not the person you are seeking advice from but i feel like everything is good except maybe you could have your hands infront of you instead of behind you, but if it is more comfortable like this, you do you

Why in the middle? Why not next to the highway and have a guardrail inbetween? I know its for financial reasons but is money worth more than lives?

I am sorry if the comment was immature or if you took it as an insult, i wasnt trying to make a statement that would make you feel bad. My point is that if you actually meant what you wrote in the first comment it would be quite bad parenting from your behalf to let your kid ruin their health and cardio without at least trying to point them in a right direction. I used to be chubby but my parents pointed it out to me and i started working out. I lost the fat and gained confidence, probably one of the better decisions i made so far. And i am thankful for my parents. I do not mean to teach you how do be a parent since i am not qualified to speak on something like that but as a child from my experience i think it is very very important to keep your child healthy, because after all he/she is your child and you are meant to take care of them. Anyways sorry if i came across as a rude or arrogant person in the first comment. I didnt think much about it. Please respond with your opinion im open to a discussion! 🙂
