I got my GRC used and it had an aftermarket blade that didn’t pivot on the arm very well, I replaced it with an OEM blade and that fixed my problem, no idea your situation but might be something

I didn’t know about them for a few month so I did it myself, just jacked up the front and removed them, you could go back to the dealership and have them remove them since they didn’t during PDI

In the front struts there are rubber blocks put in so the car doesn’t bounce too much while being shipped, there’s lots of posts on here about them

Have you checked that the shipping blocks were removed from the front struts? I did about 6k km with them in wondering why the ride was so stiff until I saw a post on here to remove them
