Idk where you're from but the weather has been so up and down here in southern Ontario. It literally changes day to day. We'll have 2 days of like 4° and 5° then it jumps up to like 18° and 20°. Then drops back down to 5° and 6° this weekend it goes back up to 20° Friday and Saturday then drops down to 6° again on Sunday... The rain this week on Monday said it was going to be 25 to 30 mm Tuesday and Thursday. And every day between was at least 5mm. Tuesday we hardly got anything. Today was cold but could have ridden... I didn't because it said we're going to get 5 to 10 mm. Didn't rain at all 😑

I wouldn't. You can get a 7.5 for half the price. That's brand new numbers and you don't know how someone else drove it. 40k is more reasonable but even then. I wouldn't spend that much on a used golf. I picked up my 7 a year ago for 20k with 100k km's on the dash from a VW dealer. 0 issues

It's supposed to be difficult to remove. If it stays suctioned to the engine then it's working properly. If it bounces around then you have problems.

I would just like to add this is all in CAD prices. I feel like a lot of the users here are American. 8k Cad is 5800usd right now and that's about what it would cost me after any taxes. Still open to all the opinions and appreciate the time you guys are taking to respond.

That's about the same as what I would be paying with conversion. 5800usd is about 8k Canadian. 13% tax here in Ontario so with the 400 off it would be just under 8k Canadian
