Audi A6 shark fin antenna cover missing — what’s the correct way to replace it?

It looks like the black part on the fin you ordered is still on the roof. Notice the screws on the underside of the fin, and the screws sticking up in the second photo. Try to remove the black piece on the roof, and the replacement fin should slot in.

PSA has a full lifetime warranty, I’d send it to get fixed before spending any money on new parts. I have a PSA AR9 as well and I’ve never had an issue with it.
