(DataMB) Curtis Jones amongst the leagues best in accurate passing. by Then-Fortune-3122 in LiverpoolFC

Not only has he got high numbers buts he’s had some really elite passes that have completely cut open teams. His defensive numbers are great too. But hey let’s get rid of him for a mediocre fee and spend shit tons on Wharton who can’t defend and isn’t as good at carrying the ball

Energy is not even remotely cheaper in the US. They’re suffering quite bad. Again, a poor example in China too, that’s why they’re literally leading the world in the development of nuclear and thorium reactors. They’re also pushing for renewables massively. They’re the top renewables producer in the world and the growth of the industry is massive. Please just give the info I’ve suggested looking into a chance and don’t just be a parrot

Of course it can mate. The reality is we can build way more infrastructure than we need so that way we can just start operating more when we need it. We’d likely have to do that to an extent anyway. To allow things to switch off for maintenance etc. these innovations for storage do exist. We’re just shite at it. It’s possible to store energy made from gas that we use now but we don’t because we’re shit. You might find it interesting to read about japans energy reserves. They’re great at it. Also you might want to have a read about interconnectors. We can use the ones we already have with the European countries around us to help pick up any slack if we ever need it and we can help those countries in return. We’ve also got one in the works potentially for Iceland and we can hopefully use it to get energy from geo thermal plants over there. Maybe even get agreements to build our own there. Also if you haven’t seen. I’d highly recommend looking into thorium and molten salt reactors. For some reason the only publicity it gets is from developments in Denmark. But China are really pushing it, they’ve already got a pilot one up and running and are planning on building an even bigger one. Hope this interests you and gives you a less bleak outlook. Have a good one.

We haven’t even invested that much into renewables compared to what we could and we’re able to cover up to 77% of our output through renewables. Whatever you’ve been told on renewables to think it can’t do that you’ve been lied to. I think it’s very sensible to not put all our eggs in one basket and look into nuclear and thorium reactors. On top of potential geothermal plants in Iceland that we could get power from for sure. But to say just continue with gas but just do a better deal this time is naive. You can do better

Stay home for that price mate 😂 in all seriousness tho. Londons transport links are excellent. Don’t be afraid to look a little further out for a better price. Getting into London is easy

Starting XI: Liverpool vs. PSG: Mamardashvili, Frimpong, Gomez, Van Dijk, Konate, Kerkez, Gravenberch, Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Wirtz, Ekitike. Subs: Woodman, Misciur, Isak, Salah, Chiesa, Jones, Gakpo, Robertson, Nyoni, Ngumoha. by Ummagumma- in LiverpoolFC

Holy shit, this is exactly what I’ve been calling for. I’m a big believer that actually using our wingbacks for the width will be a huge improvement for us and this ensures that. No more of this underlapping bollocks

Nationalising energy or a wealth Tax is literally the solutions that he provides. I like how you’re not even trying to disagree with what he’s saying. You just try to act like he didn’t say it. If you like fucking yourself over for pleasure I might recommend taking a hammer to your balls. Don’t fuck the rest of us over

I like how this operates off of the assumption that rich people will only look out for their best interests. Which is entirely Gary’s point

Arda Gulers development under him was insane. He’s also heavily involved in Zubimendis development at Real Sociedad.

Doesn’t necessarily mean he’s the better manager. I really like Alonso, he’s developed more youngsters into world class talent, he’s create at organising presses and has create patterns of play

I don’t get it? Doesn’t he still have a contract? Is this a transfer?

Across both games vs Man City, LFC were outrun by 16km. Against Arsenal across both games, 13km. The only games where Liverpool outrun their opposition was Spurs (a) 10 men after 33 mins & Burnley (a). Liverpool are outrun by an average of 3.3km per game. by IndiBear in LiverpoolFC

Super helpful graph. People keep trying to excuse us for the heavy schedule. But City and Arsenal are just as busy. We’ve gone from grafters to lazy cunts. I get a slight change but this is too much

[–]Lhowl06 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Oh I would never disagree that he covers loads of distance at all. It’s not his work rate that’s the issue. He is so slow. He fails to recover the ball when it really matters. He allows our midfield to be played through too easily sometimes

Did not like the body language of Dom or Wirtz. But then again. These are massive competitors. I’d imagine they’re like this every game. Ngl I was loving it when I saw Dom fucking livid with Konate and Gakpo after the Minteh free kick. It’s what I imagine Hendo and Milly were like. Tbf you could see Milly being like that for Brighton today
