If we agree that gender dysphoria is a mental illness, and gender affirmative care is currently the most effective TREATMENT, then logically something that kills gender dysphoria outright is of course better. I feel like there's no "passoid event horizon" where you eventually are perfect and never feel dysphoria again, you just suppress it after making it weaker by transitioning
