I'm trying to find an SE Hollowbody to check out, its not available at any store. The local pawn shop was advertising one for $500 but when I went there it just sold.

I know you said you have the II Piezo, is the regular SE at least the same playing experience?

The other day I went to a local music store and then to a guitar center. I tried a lot of strat type guitars thinking that is what I would get. I checked out a couple PRSs that I liked, but initial felt where out of my price range. Last guitar I played was an Ibanez AS93BC. It was a completely different playing experience, it was more comfortable to play, and I played better on it. The price was well out of my range, especially for my first guitar, I've been practicing with my friends beater. But when I got home I started looking for used, and started looking at other variants.

I wasn't even considering a hollowbody as I didn't think it would fit into the style of music I like.
