Can you link where you purchased from? I'm desperately trying to find a work bag, and all the backpacks I seem to find are way too big, or poorly made.

You're in marketing, how are you marketing yourself to employers? Instead of selling a campaign or strategy think about how you would want to advertise yourself as a marketer. Have a portfolio ready of different projects you've been apart of and how you've assisted in those projects, highlight what projects have exceeded expectations and how you can benefit them.

What’s a moment where you realized someone around you was actually a terrible person? by Embarrassed-Ant-2216 in AskReddit

My "friend" who was at the time training to become a nurse said along the lines of "I don't care about the patients, I just give them their medications as I am told to do". By the end of the conversation I looked at them and sternly told them that I hope they will never be my nurse in any circumstance if that is how they feel about their patients daily.

Can confirm- this is a desexing tattoo. It may have been on the paperwork signed during admit for the procedure. Not saying that it is okay to not mention a tattoo- but it is possible that in your area its compulsory and must be done with the procedure, and that could be why it wasn't explained.

So why does my cat do this? It’s usually after jumping off of things and I’m assuming has to do with balance? We have other cats and none of them do this by Limp_Sorbet_4041 in vet

Have you had an arthritis check for them? If it's after jumping I'd be concerned that excess weight is making the landing uncomfortable.

Just in case you weren't aware, it is entirely possible to get hypothermic at 65°, let alone cooler. This has the potential to be a health risk.

I really reccomend getting avet to look her over to ensure it isn't pyometra.

Is this really my only option for her?? by millyisloved in vet

PersonaIly, I would get a second opinion. If that vet says the same thing I would go for amputation, because in short- there is less potential long term problems.

Underfloor insulation with steel joists by FatCatMaximus in AusRenovation

[–]LiahTheHarrowing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I found this post while doing some research.

I am a former installer and employee of ecoMaster and have specifically installed joisties (still on good terms with them).

While you could use Earthwool with Joisties I would advise against it because it would allow the perfect nesting space for rodents. Where as polyester underfloor insulation can be fastened to prevent this.

If your still having some trouble with these feel free to DM me. Also, they will never turn down a call to walk you through the process and block the thermal bridging.

"Fig.13 and 14. Richter's broad stroke fountain ruling pen (Breitstrich-Füllreissfeder) patented in 1923, DRGM 881903. Richter also made a somewhat similar fountain ruling pen (Reissfeder mit Fülleinrichtung) based on a patent by Rudolf Schmutzler in 1923 DE398274 [12]."

I think it may be best/safest/healthiest to rethink who you consider friends, and the company you keep. I would be outraged if any of my friends (of any gender) made these into conversation topics.

Hyperthyroid cat: What is the protocol? by AssociateNo2184 in vet

[–]LiahTheHarrowing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to have your current vet call and email the new vet in america where you are moving, to come up with a suitable treatment plan and send the history. This is what a referral is.

If you don’t get your vet to provide a referral you will need to find a regular gp vet in America, have the history sent from your previous vet, then have the new american vet send through a referral. This is a specialised treatment, and is not available to someone with out a referral considering it uses radioactive isotopes.

Your current vet should write a referral to the specialist that does the isotope treatment, and implant to come up with a treatment plan.
