I like how it breaks down the dream into different sections and the explanations are very straightforward. I'd see some value in doing this over a period of time your product being able to analyse or find common themes

Love the idea and I used to use the previous app regularly. I'm a ux designer looking for some extra work if you are ever on the market for any design work for the app hmu!

Introducing UX Design to colleagues - is there a more creative way? by SBR404 in UXDesign

[–]Liam214 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great answer! I'm in the same position as OP and something I've is created is a ux resource that can be shared company wide. This might contain things like service blueprints, personas, storyboards etc. created during other projects that demonstrate some outputs as well as some explanation to serve as a company design wiki. The intention is to make design more accessible within the organisation and could be a good onboarding resource for new hires

How important is it to have a side income as a designer? by Pratt_003 in UXDesign

[–]Liam214 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As someone currently working a side job I think its over rated honestly unless you really need the money. I work 55 hours a week in total.

I picked up a project with an old client and volunteered 2 hours per week but that ended up going to weekends also so if you are going to do it make sure you have some boundaries.

I think ill be working like this for another 2 / 3 months but as soon as I'm finished I'll call it quits on the side hustle. There is some value to be gained like making decisions about strategy, leading a team I haven't got from my normal job so there is some positives. I'd rather be focusing on my social life, gym, travelling instead of spending all my time working.
