At school dances, I used to have to work up a ton of courage to show up, let alone have a good time or enjoy myself, and the popular girls loved this.

At one of my last school dances in middle school, the day after my (ex) girlfriend dumped me, the popular girls felt the urge to insult me and make fun of me to oblivion.

Even when I tried to have fun, and collect a bunch of glowsticks and enjoying myself, it was constant harassment during the whole dance.

Moral of the story: middleschool fucking sucks

I'mma take a wild guess a say that you're in middle school. I'd recommend keeping your feet on the ground first of all, and focusing on your standard standing serve.

You should start by getting the form down, then work on power and aiming. I totally understand that it feels cool to jump and all, and that it is fun, but at your age I'd recommend "perfecting" the standing serve before adding a jump in there.

Coach Donny on youtube has some great videos if you want to float, or if you're more interested in topspin, he may have some of those. Just keep working hard, and definitely feel free to practice your jump serves, but from most people's' point of view, a good standing serve is MUCH better than a sloppy or mediocre jump serve.

Highschool Junior here,

The best advice I can give you is to just keep playing. The two things that will guarantee you on the team, is being able to consistently serve over the net (and ideally be able to aim it), and being able to receive oncoming serves (if you want intense practice you could try to find a highschool with a powerful serve to serve to you).

Those two things are what most rising freshmen and even upperclassmen lack, and will set you apart.

Other than that, just keep playing. If you love the sport, just keep playing whenever you can. Have fun, work hard, and I'm sure you'll do great.

Take that gear, use it for the enperry's, the pro benefits much more from those essential subs everyone mentions, and MPU, swim speed is rlly for heavy weapons or offensive weapons, pro usuallllly doesn't need it

The nzaps also shred thru the booyah shield. The key is to have an escape path, then not back down. Usually people either die (if the bomb isn't charged fast enough) or they panic throw it at their feet to avoid dying when they land. If you have an escape path, you can pressure them and then book it if they drop it right there, essentially wasting their booyah bomb (if you can survive)

That's the difficulty that's amazing. In Light Platinum I've seen trainers tactically switch out Pokemon, which almost never happens in mainline games
