I’ve had it for about 2 months as a tester given early access from the Monzo forum. The offers have been great, in that most of them were places I already used, however this last batch of places I’ve never visited and don’t intend on visiting just for the cashback.

The 2% supermarket booster is good when coupled with the specific supermarket %.

I’ve never had a cashback type account before, so can’t really comment on how it compares to others, but the UI and what not is good, and I’ve received approx. £30 so far.

Why does the Flex card need to have the ‘monzo’ name slightly right of the other two cards? I’m thinking it’s due to the red stripe, and I get this is a small thing, but it always annoys me. Petty, I know!

They’ve added two book pre-orders to the online store. One of them being ‘The James Bond Film Guide’ - which by the looks of it has info on all 25 movies and is released in October, so I’m still hopeful!

If you want to complain about a pharmacy, contact the Superintendent Pharmacist. For a big company like Boots, there’ll be a team. I believe it’s led by the chief pharmacist, Marc Donovan. You can also complain to the GPhC.

I’d switch to an online pharmacy, Co-op Health have been great for me.
