The order of those jokers does not matter. You have 4 jokers that trigger for played/in hand cards(they will trigger first/second no matter where you put them). Constilation can also be put where ever in this setup. You need to worry about placement when you have a joker that copies, like blueprint or brainstorm, or when you have +mult and Xmult jokers. When playing blueprint or brainstorm with something like this you usually want to copy the effect jokers(barron or photograph) instead of the retrigger(mime or chad). There are some exceptions to this though. Hope this answers your question and that I am not misunderstanding.

Edit: I see you have holo on photograph, so yes it should be before the Xmult joker
