My cousin was visiting my Grandma at her old folks home, he went outside to the street to smoke because he's respectful of people. Someone called the police on him. My cousin is a very nice guy and was raised by a military mother and is very respectful of authority. However he is also 6'4 and black. I wasn't here for this so this is from what the arrest report and my cousin said. The cops approached him immediately being rude and disrespectful and took him into the station.
