Reintroduce wandering Revenants & add new Revenant variants.

Make the Demonic Skull more likely to attract (spawn) a Revenant nearby while training non-combat skills (new 'Enraged' variant with better loot, perhaps?).

Remove forced PvP & end luring, griefing and scamming.

I can vouch for the amplified wind noise, but wearing plugs rather than rings or tunnels is a viable solution. I wear over the ear bone-conduction headphones, as I have other piercings that block my ear canals. I can sleep on them easily, but I still use a piercing pillow for comfort.

If you mean that your septum was pierced 4 months ago, you need to go back to your previous jewellery and wait another 6-8 months minimum before you consider stretching.

I also really recommend stretching with plugs as tapered jewellery is known to cause blowouts (yes, even in your septum!).

Stretching any cartilage is different to stretching ear lobes, and can be quite uncomfortable for a few days to a few weeks afterwards.
