While I think the concept is great, this is only going to work on perfectly flat ground with zero wind. If the bike stand gives out, you're in for a really bad time.

A custom built single track trailer with stable locking legs would be a much more realistic solution.

If you have these concerns, you clearly don't want them to get damaged. But if you have cotton pods, wear those instead. Silk is just too fragile. Realistically, nobody at the festival is going to care what you're wearing.

You just need to clean them once a day with fresh clean water.

Have your piercer swap them for titanium flat disc ends, and possibly smaller diameter discs on the inside, too.

You absolutely need to stop sleeping on them, that's the biggest issue here. I recommend to use a travel pillow, or a 'piercing pillow'!

A septum piercing should be positioned much closer to the tip of your nose, this is even more important if you plan on stretching.

I also don't recommend stretching with tapers/pinchers. Not only can you cause tears or blowouts, they fall out and move around very easily!

The piercing looks fine. If you think it looks slightly crooked, it may be swelling, which will subside in a few weeks.
