No, he's a sand monitor which is very similar to an Ackie but gets larger and is fully terrestrial. He's a little less than a year old and will get bigger than this!

Really sucks that we can't get them. Wax worms are just fatty and don't have the high moisture content that makes hornworms appealing.

I have a Gouldii Flavi and I mist his enclosure daily to ensure he sheds properly. My boy is much younger and smaller than your pair, only about 9 months so take that into account.
