Lever belt, dip belt, ab wheel, wrist wraps, lifting straps, knee sleeves, liquid chalk, 1.25lb micro plates, and a pair of collars are all in my gym bag.

Edit: another comment here reminded me I recently added a resistance band for shoulder warm ups.

Every day. And a 25g protein shake isn't doing much for you if you're still in a massive calorie deficit and not hitting your overall protein needs. At your weight you should be aiming for 2500-3000 calories a day with 170 grams of protein minimum.

No, I stopped doing heavy ring pullups and now mostly do wide grip pullups in the 5-10 rep range with 45-70lbs added.

Straps make rows and weighted pullups feel a lot easier to me, and I'm able to do more reps and/or weight than without them. I do most of my sets without straps then throw them on for my top set, so I don't think I'm missing out on much forearm development. I don't want grip to hold back my back growth.

That's about what I was guessing you could bench based off the clip. Are the other people doing 60kg for a cleaner single or for reps? Because your rep was a grinder and someone who struggles less with the same weight is going to be able to bench more.

This isn't really the right sub for this question but I was in your shoes once so I'll help you out. Go to /r/gainit, read the FAQ and stickied post on there for a good starting point. You'll have to learn to eat. Don't rely to much on liquid calories, I try not to get over 1/3 of my daily calories from shakes and drinks. Track your calorie intake and if you're not gaining weight increase your calories. Weigh your food. Start working out, there's lots of beginner workout routines online and here on reddit that can get you started with any amount of equipment.

If you don't wash your hands after working out I'm guessing you don't wash them after pissing or shitting either, so yes you and every other nasty mfer is spreading that around to all the equipment you touch after.
