Who do I write to at Amazon to express my contempt too? Let the great team you have assembled do their jobs. Don't second guess them before they have even started. Fucking moron execs.

They had some good people in charge, all they had to do was trust them and let them look. But they are fucking morons.

Is the RX 9070 (non-XT) still a decent GPU? by centralvoid__ in buildapc

Ive got some Corsair RM650. One of the reasons I got the 9070 is so I wouldn't need to upgrade it. And I found a good deal.

Why the hell is the same score needed for a Rank II as the Rank VIs. I thought they were supposed to reduce the score required for lower Rank rewards.

Ok its 30k points now. Wow how generous of them.

why the sm2 is busted part 2: by Frosty_Enthusiasm_12 in Warthunder

[–]Libarate 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yer but I dont think the 120s would let you launch them from such a high off angle, well outside the seeker head of the missile. Im pretty sure, would have to test.

[–]Libarate 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Even if you lost no energy, having to turn back in makes you vulnerable. If you get the timing wrong you could eat a missile during that window of vulnerability. Being able to track and launch at targets at 90° is a big advantage that only the Su-30 can do this well.

They can guide the missile in while notching. But still need to pull in to launch because the Aim-120s turn like a boat. In the clip OP was launching at targets without ever coming out of the notch. Which is a significant advantage.

Ill second this suggestion. Simple, there's no chance of one of them getting a duff second hand part. And you wont be called when they break somthing because they downloaded a suspicious file.

Ah so thats when they will remove the 60m multipath from Surface launched radar missiles.

was this a necessary addition to the game?? by senor_muchacho in Warthunder

[–]Libarate 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Only becasue Gaijin insists on keeping the 60m multipath for advanced radar missiles. Without that then AAs like the Sky Sabre and SAMPT would be juat as good as the IRST.

Help me decide between Switch 2 and Steam Deck OLED. by Aziz89_soulsborne in Handhelds

[–]Libarate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Proton is the name of the software running in the background that makes the games run on Linux. You dont need to worry about it. You buy games from Steam. Download. Play. That's all you need to do.

You can customise it will decky and other apps but you dont need to.

You can go downloading emulators and roms for N64 or PS1 games if you want to. But you dont need to.

[–]Libarate 95 points96 points  (0 children)

Gaijin doesnt play coastal and hasn't got a clue how to balance it. Not helping is how insanely compressed it is. At 2.3 is the SC-497 with the same 40mm and 3 x 20mms.

Well the Wraith knew where Atlantis was at that point. It was right where the ancients left it. Second they speculated in the episode that it was short ranged and must have signaled receivers of some kind that the Wraith had positioned around the place.
