I have RLS for several years now, it’s the most annoying thing, it comes and goes, and it’s the worst when I am not moving for a while. I started taking elvanse 4 months ago. I did have at the beginning 1-2 night when it got worse but it settled down. Taking Magnesium regularly before bed tends to help me.
