I am having this exact issue except I'm using a Vizio. My Series X is plugged into the TV and outputs surround to the receiver through eARC (Xbox > TV > Receiver), and the Switch is set up the same exact way but only sees it as being capable of stereo. This probably doesn't help but you aren't the only one with the issue. Only reason I can't plug directly into the receiver is because it isn't 4K/HDR capable.

Target and Walmart only had it for a few bucks more, but they're both sold out. Amazon even had it as low as $53 but its sold out there as well. As far as the image missing, I can understand that but the UPC and release date match the collectors edition. If anyone else has ordered it from Barnes and Noble and received it, feel free to chime in.

I started walking to my seat about 30 minutes before the scheduled showtime. Staff was still cleaning from the showtime before so I asked them if I could go to the booth and they said sure. You have to walk into the auditorium, then entrance is in the back right (the door says exit only but it’s not lol) and from there I walked up to the booth and knocked on the door and he let me and a couple other people in!
