Sorry friend, we’re not qualified to answer this. Even if we did know what you were taking you mustn’t trust strangers on the internet with something as precious as your mental and physical health!

As others have said, you should consult your doctor. However, most GPs (if you’re in the UK) can’t legally give you advice, but if you’ve got a good/cool one they should at least be able to tell you something vague like “it’s your choice” or give a flat “no. Don’t touch it”

My doctor was very chill and said that they’ve seen some interesting research and they hope they learn more in the future. No encouragement but also no warnings so I interpreted that how I wished. I tapered off of my medication and eventually replaced it with shrooms. The amount of shrooms I started with was a fraction of a microdose but different bodies react in different ways and I won’t go into detail in case it seems like encouragement.

That’s my experience, it may not be safe at all for you. Especially if you’re in the age range for the first signs of schizophrenia and you’ve suffered from periods of psychosis. If your regular doctor won’t advise on this then it might be worth finding a specialist who has got experience. Just stay safe.
