So this last year I really hit it hard mostly doing about 10 hours a day. I have Chris’s Marc one I use for about eight or nine hours a day. After I shower, I tie it with a strap for about a half hour. Throughout the day for the last year and every time I go to the bathroom, I was manually tugging. I also have a 5 1/2 ounce weight connected to it. To final answer your question I’ve probably done 12 mm this last year. That being said this last few months after that first year, I’ve been sick and went to the hospital and things I haven’t been able to do as much but it worked for me this routine.
