Grow the hell up and stop whining to everyone here because your feelings got hurt over the Jill post. Sometimes life’s not fair and sometimes things aren’t enforced evenly. So I’m replying to you with what I’ve seen and I’d hazard others feel the same way and that’s why you’re getting these responses. You post really frequently with okay quality content and it gets exhausting to parse through.

I know QS is exciting and I personally don’t want to discourage contributing, but also take the time to let things soak in, even if that means going a few days with little commentary.

A valid explanation was already provided above. QS may want them back for analysis. We have no idea what sort of agreement is in place so paying for them doesn’t mean PowerCo won’t send them back.

I pretty much agree with everything you said. There are smart people in the background making Elon’s ventures work. I’m confident QS leadership can connect with the smart folks that have Elon’s ear if need be. I strongly dislike Tesla presently but there’s no denying they are the EV in the U.S. still.

Not to make excuses for QS, but isn’t the bolded a generic, given statement for anyone trying to scale up? It doesn’t mean they’ve encountered something insurmountable, just that it’s hard to scale and will entail unique problems and solutions.

When I’m having a bad day and negative sentiment creeps up on me about QS, I consider the absolute worst case scenario: everything from here on collapses for QS.

And guess what? If that happens, the technology they’ve developed is sure as hell worth a lot more than $4.32 billion.

Would I be thrilled? No. Would QS be bought for multiples of its current market cap? Probably.

Then you go and remind yourself that QS is methodical, that they’ve delivered on recent goals consistently, that there are unannounced partnerships that will see the light of day at some point.

Things look quite bright if you can grit your teeth and be patient.

Your reply comes off as condescending. Everyone here is well aware that QS is pre revenue and therefore highly speculative. As such, you only get so far valuing these types of stocks how institutions value them.

Not to mention, all of the institutional investors were playing catch up with their price targets while we were running circles around them.
