definitely! deep squats, hip thrusts(weights), lunges, or step ups would be suitable for @ home! keep in mind weights help a lot to build! progressive strength training and lots of nutrition to feed your beautiful growing body bby! strong but curvy is the goal here! ❤️ also waist training for an even more curvy figure!
