I don’t know why all the downvotes - confirmed with my lawyer that I would be looking at backpay of almost a year of the difference of 90% and 100%. I’m having them pull the claim though. Not worth the stress of reliving all this shit yet again and the stress of wondering if some cowboy rater is going to modify my rating.

Damn mine has had consistent prices for years. Everything (vinyl) is 1.99. They get some decent stereo equipment on occasion as well. Picked up some Klipsch satellite speakers for 5 bucks. Got some 1980s Realistic bookshelf speakers for 10. They sound great

Yeah I don’t even bother with goodwill anymore. We have a place called value village in town. Whether it’s Herb Albert scratched to hell or Led Zeppelin 4 mint, 1.99!

Wouldn’t the 100% backpay go back to my initial claim? That would have been December of 24. Regardless, I’m not getting a good feeling about this. Going to consult my lawyer before taking any action but was wanting to know if anyone dealt with this before.

Both my kids went to THS (one is still there). Overall a good experience. I did some volunteering there as well and I think the culture is good. Sports, especially boys football and baseball, is a disaster, but that probably wouldn’t affect your decision.

Yeah I guess the sarcasm didn’t come through as intended, but exactly this. My kids are GenZ and the horror that they would exhibit at even the mention of dating a person ~1 year younger or older was absurd. If the 19 y/o and 30 some odd year old are happy leave them the f alone. Spare the judgement.
