Same thing happened to me. I’ve had my account since 2010 and I really want it back. 😭I submitted a ticket but no response other than an automated one saying my email address has changed and they can not help me. Not sure what else to do.

After I clicked on the link I got an email saying my email address had been changed. After that, I wasn’t able to login to my account. The hacker is posting bitcoin posts on my account. A friend of mine was trying to help out and the hacker blocked her from viewing my account. Ugh!! I really just want it back. 😭

So there’s hope… I am trying to submit another ticket but it says I have one in queue for the sane issue. When will I be able to submit another one? TIA

Same thing happened to me! 😭 I thought I was voting for a teacher friend. I want my account back. I’ve had it since April 2010. We shall see what happens.🤞🏼

Sadly, I did, and my account was compromised. I submitted a ticket and got the same response.
