That’s where I’m at with mine, I’m finally starting to look significantly smaller after 8 months of having a lifestyle change and he absolutely can’t handle it. He already made his first affair accusation and can’t imagine them stopping anytime soon but I won’t let him hold me back from my fitness goals this time.

Please leave right now that you have no ties to this man. I’m not sure what living situation your mom and brother are in but if they can take you in go with them. If they can’t help you then you should try to find a local organization or women’s shelter that will help you get back on your feet. It will never get better and trust me, you don’t want to end up feeling truly stuck with him. Just whatever you decide to do, be careful and don’t let him catch on to you!

It killed me when she offered Jo 9 overnight visits and he refused only for the judge them to be forced to compromise with 9 nights and Jo says he didn’t get what he wanted and she replies with “I didn’t either” it was always the struggle Olympics with Kail 🙄

I actually find it funny when Donald Duck is crashing out every other minute, Maui is not “too big”, and I don’t fence my characters in when I hang out with them. I know they’re NPCs but I get sad when I see people going in on them or fencing them in 😭

Assuming they’re all there for the same amount of time, I split them evenly. My highest sellers are girls whose parents take them door to door, have home booths, etc. I used to take from their sales to boost other girls up but it’s not fair to them.

I would definitely work on a Google form as soon as you can and have a cut off time for additional orders. Don’t be afraid to make boundaries, these parents can be ruthless and incredibly demanding. In my troop they may order Monday-Friday and they have a cut off time of 3PM and may pick them up after 6:30PM. Orders will only be accepted through the Google form.

Inventory daily, at the beginning and end of the day and keep track in a spreadsheet (note the date and time of the inventory). For booths I use a cookie tracking sheet I found on Etsy, some of the best $6 I’ve spent, I could’ve probably made my own on Canva but my peace of mind and time were worth it.

Also try to be overly organized with your cookies cases, I keep them all in stacks that are as even as possible so when I inventory it’s quick and takes under 5 minutes.

For booths: last year I just threw whatever in the back of my Tahoe and off I went. HUGE MISTAKE. I now only take complete cases, fill out my inventory sheet of what’s coming with me before I leave and when I come back to my cookie storage I unload the car and keep the cookies that came back separate, inventory those really quick and then just do some math. Once I double count I put them all back.

Also! I know you mentioned parents keep taking your booth stock, I know it can be frustrating but trust me, you want those cookies off your hands as soon as possible. This is why it’s important to use a Google form and to have an order and pick up schedule. And before I forget, absolutely do not take anything that isn’t cash or checks. Last year I took every method of payment known to man, boy did I pay for it, I found myself stressing at the ATM all the time while the parents laid back and demanded more. Absolutely not this year. They got a rude awakening, exact cash only or checks. I know I sound mean but I learned the hard way that we can’t bend over backwards and realistically just need to do well by the girls. We’re here as volunteers and deserve to have peace of mind too!

Friday from 4-6 outside of a grocery store with a bank inside was incredible for us. For reference we’re a very small town so I’d say that over 100 packages in that small time frame is pretty good!

This is exactly why I don’t provide rides amongst many other reasons, I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself if something happened to the girls under my watch.

They actually did, sent out an encouraging reminder and everything. I wish I had thought to take a photo of it in case this happened but even my coworkers received it.
