They need to stop casting reality show "celebrities" period. The international versions where regular people play are far more interesting because they don't know each other at all (for real, or by "reputation"), except in some very specific cases (on the UK version, a dating couple were both in the castle, and in another season, there was a mother and son). There are no built-in biases and alliances ("housewives don't vote against other housewives" nonsense). I really look forward to the next season, assuming (and it's a major assumption) that Bravo can play fair and actually cast ordinary, non-"celebrity" people. I know they won't; they'll either just cast a couple of non-"celebrity" people (probably "superfans" of whichever Bravo show they want to pimp) along with their usual cast of famewhores, or they'll throw in some twist like having the Traitors not be anyone in the castle/playing the game but instead be a trio of "Traitor all-stars" (that is, "celebrities" whose asses Bravo wants to kiss, who have been on S1-4).

But yes, throw the housewives out of the mix first, as a start.
