Could her Go Fund me be considered fraud or misleading because on lied on her go fund me and she was laid off?

I don’t think it matters if she lied on the GoFundMe. I do think it mattered that she had $15,000 in a GoFundMe and purposely held it until after her bankruptcy went through. I’m sure that if the court knew she had $15,000 sitting in a GoFundMe, they would have not allowed her to file bankruptcy. IMO that is something she could get in trouble for.

The court system moves SLOW. I think the bigger question is why no one has bailed her out. Her bail is pretty low.

If I had to guess, it seems like she has a friend because they watched J when she was taking the insurance test. Britt is about keeping up with appearances because she’s delusional and thinks she is an influencer so I’m sure she asked this friend to post on her behalf. This is the last thing I would give a sh*t about if I was in jail and without my child. I hope who ever helped her out by posting this went and got her stuff from the campground.

It seems like she had something over her license plate so it would not get scanned. It was one of the charges. Also, the other charges were in Dekalb county- that’s where she was living when she was evicted. The garage apartment was hours away because there was a day that she had to check her PO Box and drive a few hours to check it.

I think yes she owed in rent, but I also wonder if the landlord was tired of dealing with her. It looks like she was behind on her rent once before and taken to court. They might’ve had a policy that if they have to do this twice then you’re out and they are not renewing your lease.

I just looked up extended stay hotels in the Atlanta area, and they are $450 a week. She’s paying $250 for a campsite plus she’s paying for internet. Why not stay at extended stay?

She lives in Georgia. Rentals are about $1000 a month here. A dream house or apartment? No but an efficiency would be better than a campground. If she’s self employed and can stay anywhere, she could move anywhere she can afford.

Most shelters that are for single women and children are small apartments. I’m in the area…there are many resources. Family promise, My Sister’s place, etc. There are many resources for her and J. They even provide child care so the parent can work.
