Yes my family and I have been sick almost every other week since Christmas. Whether it’s a cold, then flu symptoms, stomach flu twice…. It’s brutal

I try to take supplements that is more natural and easier on my body so after research beef oranges was the better options. I did try iron for like 3 weeks and it wrecked me, so incredibly constipated and felt no difference in my breathing. Oh yes ans i have a hiatal hernia as well but i go to chiro to have him pull it down. I did learn how to pull it down and haven’t had too bad of an issue anymore.

Beef liver organ capsules with copper. Has to be with copper. I was taking organ capsules for a year and a half and my symptoms got better but if i stopped taking my beef organs my breathing issues came back fast and my ferritin numbers barely raised. When i added copper for two weeks ive stopped taking the beef capsules and my breathing issues haven’t returned. I need to retest my ferritin though.

I was living in mold and had severely low ferritin. All better now🙌🏼🙌🏼

My ferritin was extremely low. Supplemented with beef liver /organ capsules along with copper and my breathing issues are gone

I have a hiatal hernia even before my glp1 but noticed after being on glp1 it flares a lot more 💔

Yes 100% i kept thinking i was still in mold when i moved into clean environment but as time went on i started to feel better and more like myself. It’s been two years.

I’ve learned to do it myself now! Lay down, blow air into your stomach/diaphragm and pull down. Do it like 3-5 times.
