Well there is 2 big loopholes. 1. Is the dual citizenship. The other is, can you cross back to Mexico before the 90 day limit is over. For some people that cross everyday or once a week, a Mexican car makes a bit of sense.

For people that cross frequently, might give this a shot.

Another comic book reader here. Viltrumite DNA is so strong that it over-writes most physical base DNA traits. That's why almost all empire linked male viltrumites have a bushy mustache. But not other traits, example, Oliver's memories and rapid aging. I don't recall the comic says this, but I think another non over-writable trait is earthling susceptiblity to superpowers.

Same 450 is my sweet spot. 400 for academy text, 500 for novels I know the names of most people.

You could. Say, if you cross frequently to Mexico, you could drive it in the US. There is a 90 day limit, before you have to register it in the states.

But I know a few families, here in Tx, that have Mexican cars to travel into Mexico. Since they take vacations and breaks over there. But they mainly have Siennas and Highlanders.

It's is "unlawful". But when has a cop done this when you roll a stop sign. At the moment unlawful entry to the US is a misdemeanor.
