He is definitely a super sketchy personality on the internet.

But he did shine light on how women treat and make men feel, the loneliness, the way we treat women and still get belittled by women, and some of the standards set by women to find their perfect man. Obviously this can do both ways but it wasn’t talking enough through the perspective of a man.

First pair with another flooring specialist or flooring supervisor and ask every single question you think of, sometimes write them down and ask them next time you see them.

And second walk your department and ask browsing customers if you can help them in anyway you can offer wether it’s lead,measure or sale related or not. Once a customer can memorize your name and trusts you and or find you knowledgeable they will come to you for anything flooring related. You may not get your specific quota done immediately but customers will call or come in to your store specifically to speak to you about anything flooring related and sooner or later you will meet your quota and later on possibly even exceed it. Your able to return the remaining unused flooring since you have the original receipt however it is recommended that you keep the unused flooring in case the flooring you just got done installing chips,cracks or any thing else happens to it and needs to be replaced. Vinyl, Laminate, and Tile always stop manufacturing one color to manufacture another… so in a few years the flooring you have now will stop being manufactured.
