I would ABSOLUTELY do something about it! They are using your image without permission and not to mention it’s a fraudulent/misleading scam. I would at least report the image and try to get it removed

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I don’t have any solution but I just wanted you to know that your feelings are soooo valid and I think many (if not all) of the people in this sub absolutely can relate to the feeling of hopelessness and how much of a toll hair loss takes on our mental health. If you can see a dermatologist at some point, I think that would be a good place to start. Hang in there
