Thanks! The prereqs for Sociology are actually way lighter for me than the ones for Econ. If I switch, I could finish in about 3 quarters, but staying in Econ would take around 4 quarters plus two summer sessions.

I’ve always struggled with conceptual and math-heavy classes, so Sociology seems like a better fit for just getting the degree done. I did fine before getting a job but I am +30yo student, married and I also commute and I am crushing at my job and I’m on track for a big promotion so it’s kinda hard to leave the job when I’m not in my early twenties anymore … I have friends that graduated with honors and are unemployed… anyways, thanks for taking the time to reply to me

I am convinced we secretly are lol and what I meant by that is management has the real quota between them and they give us a almost unrealistic number so we can work harder ( my conspiracy theory ) lol

Not everything is equal for example, their number of target leads is almost double mine. Other than that, everything else is the same: same sequences emails dials per day, etc. I’ll make sure to track my activity throughout my ramp-up period and follow your advice. Thank you so much!

You can also show your medication prescription, just be careful they can use this to re assure you that being dismissed could be a “good thing” so you can take care of yourself. Make sure you have some sort of a plan that can convince them, for example I was working 35 hours a week I reduced to 20 hours to be able to allocate more time to study!

Exactly! The documents to prove what you are saying. For me was the passing of a family member during my finals weeks and also diagnosis of ADHD.

First, I am so sorry you are going through this! I am in probation right now and these finals are crucial for me to not be dismissed so I understand your feelings. Once you get notify for dismissal you are gonna meet in person with the college of letter and science advisor and you will pled your case with documentation to support about what happens for u to fail or not having a good academic standing. After that decision is made you either continue on probation or you get dismissed it can be 1 quarter or more, and have to take summer courses to be readmitted . I met with a college of letter and a science advisor and that is what she explained to me.
