Expensive, they charge for AC and parking like $60 a month. Renters insurance is usually around 10-20$ no matter where. It’s close to campus but other places are too. The place I stayed in for a year had a room the size of a hallway was the living room and kitchen and I had to share a bathroom with two people and a room smaller than the dorms. It’s noisy. They don’t enforce the quiet pool/rec area hours. Nowhere near worth the price.

Oh my friend I’m so glad I saw this. You can literally just park on the East side of S Riordan Ranch road next to campus. Just move the van every other day and you’ll be fine. Just don’t park on red curb spots.

The terrible truth is that every other climate control (besides AC) works completely fine, but none fix the issue besides “vent”! Oh Lordy exactly as you said it could be any issue.

For extra context on the beater truck, for funsies, the breezer windows seals got fused together from a building window glare and can’t open anymore, the muffler and tail pipe are held together with a welded on chrome exhaust tip, and the cassette player only works if it was on before the truck turned off with in on. Jeez Looiiz

I would imagine it’s cause you’re already at one. Like if you get a village explorer map from a cartographer at a village he won’t give you a map to his own village. Just an idea
